Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:

Chutney dal - 1 cup
Shreded Coconut - 1/2 cup
Green Chillies - 10-15 (Add more if you like it spicy)
Tamarind - 3 pieces
Salt to taste

And Season With:

Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Zeera - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Red Chillies - 2
Hing Powder(Asafoetida Powder)
Curry leaves
Oil

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients and grind this mixture in a mixer by adding 1/2 cup water.
  2. Seasoning with seasoning ingredients and serve with poha dosa,idli,pongal and upma.
